Do all these services really come with only a single price per user?
Yes! We also look at adding additional services at no cost to you all the time!
How can you offer this at such a low price?
As we buy in bulk on multiple services over our client base we get discounts from the vendors so we pass those savings on to you! You get all the protection and support for the fraction of the cost of a traditional IT Support service.
Do you charge extra for servers?
We include server monitoring and anti-virus for 5 servers per 100 users, we may add an additional charge if you have more servers and are under 100 user count.
How long will it take to set all this up?
We generally quote 1-2 weeks for full setup, if you already have an IT provider its recommended we work alongside them for these 1-2 weeks then have the contract termination for the existing provider set for the end of the 2 week period.
