Common questions

Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All plans are monthly rolling with no tie-in period. We prefer to earn your loyalty through service rather than contracts.
What happens when we hire someone new?
You let us know and we handle everything: account setup, device enrolment, software provisioning, and onboarding. Your monthly bill adjusts to reflect the updated user count.
Do you supply hardware?
We advise on procurement and can source devices on your behalf at competitive pricing. Hardware costs sit outside your monthly plan, so you're never locked into a particular supplier.
How quickly can you get us up and running?
Most businesses are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. For straightforward setups with a few users and existing Microsoft 365, it's often faster.
We're not very technical - is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. We handle everything and explain things in plain English, no acronyms, no jargon, no assumptions.
Can we switch plan after signing up?
Yes, at any time. Businesses grow and needs change. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with 30 days' notice and we'll adjust from the next billing date.
